About Me…

I am an Interior Architecture and Design student at Colorado State University, where I am also pursuing a minor in Business Management. I am passionate about creating thoughtful, functional spaces that enhance the human experience through intentional design, balance, and attention to detail. My approach centers on designing environments that feel both visually compelling and comfortable, with a strong emphasis on how people interact with and move through a space.

Living in Colorado has been a constant source of inspiration, particularly the landscapes and atmosphere of Estes Park. Time spent in the mountains with my family has shaped my appreciation for natural materials, organic forms, and the connection between the built environment and its surroundings. This perspective has led to a strong interest in biophilic design—not as a single aesthetic, but as a versatile design philosophy that can complement and elevate many styles, from modern minimalism to rustic, contemporary, and hospitality-focused interiors. I am especially interested in how natural light, texture, greenery, and organic elements can be integrated into diverse spaces to create environments that feel grounded, welcoming, and restorative.

Outside of academics, I enjoy exploring creativity through photography and drawing, both of which strengthen my eye for composition, texture, and storytelling. I am also the proud pet parent of three bunnies—Toro, Cucumber, and Venus.

Goals

My perspective on interior architecture has evolved from a focus on traditional residential and commercial environments to a much broader appreciation for the boundless potential of the discipline. While I initially anticipated a career path centered on offices, hotels, or private homes, my recent experience has unveiled a vast landscape of specialized niches, from the immersive world-building of movie set design and video game environments to the high-stakes branding of Formula 1 pop-ups and museum exhibition design. Ultimately, I crave the opportunity to explore the full spectrum of the field, as I am driven by the specific challenges that each new typology presents. I view every space, whether physical or digital, as a fresh canvas for storytelling and problem-solving. My goal for the future is to remain an architectural polymath, constantly pushing the boundaries of what a “space” can be and seeing what I can come up with when faced with a new, unfamiliar design challenge.

Skills

I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit and Rhino 3D that I continue to develop through coursework and design projects. With a dedication to both creativity and technical precision, I am eager to continue designing meaningful, impactful spaces that merge form, function, and experience.
